Welcome to CoD-Fan, operated by M.A.L.M Brands ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using codfan.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Description of Service
CoD-Fan is an independent fan-made platform for players of the mobile game Call of Dragons. We provide tools, databases, calculators, guides, tier lists, planners, and premium features.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the creators or publishers of Call of Dragons.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to use the Service.
Accounts
Some features require Discord authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Subscription Plans
Premium access is offered as a recurring subscription, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or the Stripe customer portal. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- abuse, scrape, or overload the platform
- reverse engineer protected systems
- share paid access with others
- use the Service unlawfully
- interfere with other users
Intellectual Property
All original content, branding, calculators, software logic, and platform materials belong to M.A.L.M Brands unless otherwise stated.
Game-related names, logos, and assets belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or specific in-game results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
