Call of Duty: Black Ops – Multiplayer Teaser

Here is the first Multiplayer footage from Call Of Duty : Black Ops. The looks aren’t that different from MW2 and that’s to be expected as it’s running on pretty much the same engine. But that also means that it does look good. There are a few interesting points in this trailer.
1. They show a camera that you can set up and see what’s going on in a certain section as you explore. This is going to be a neat perk to help hunt down campers.
2. The 3 kill streak options is a remote controlled car. The car has a built in camera and C4 strapped to it. I can’t wait to check it out. I wonder that the limitations on it are as a 3 kill streak it’s pretty powerful.
3. The 4 kill streaks is an emergency crate.
4. This is probably my favorite weapon i’ve seen so far. A crossbow with explosive arrows. How bad ass is that. I love using my throwing knife to hunt. This is going to be a lot better hunting tool I think.
5. The 5 kill, Killstreak is a guided missile.
6. They also have a knife that is spring loaded. I can’t wait to see how effective that is at pissing people off.
7. One of the things that give me pause is at the 32 sec. mark. The lunge when he back stabs looks very commando like. I really hope that isn’t the case.
8. There will be in game video recording like in Halo 3. I can’t wait to see how comprehensive their tools are.
9. On September 1st they will be having the full multiplayer reveal. So make sure you come back here for all the coverage.
10. The map from the trailer is called launch.
Official Launch Trailer for Modern Warfare 2

With Modern Warfare 2 just 5 days away. Infinity Ward has released the official launch trailer. Featuring music from Eminem it really lays all the cards on the table. As if I wasn’t anticipating this game enough. This trailer made the impression on me that this game is as close to a summer blockbuster movie as we’re going to get this generation. Watching the trailer gave me the same anticipation as when I first seen the Independence day Trailer. Sure ID has been surpassed in the special effects department now. But the holy shit moment of the alien ship destroying the famous landmarks. Still sticks with me to this day. This game is looking to have many Holy Shit moments and I can’t wait to savor each and every one of them. Great trailer guys.

Modern Warfare 2 Infamy (Official HD)

Check out this new trailer for Modern Warfare 2 . The first trailer showed us some action in brazil. Now they show us an assault on Washington DC . It’s looking amazing and I can’t wait to see what other locations they are going to give us. This game was already looking great and this video just took it to the next level for me.
Throwing Knives

Just one more tidbit on the new Modern Warfare 2 video. One of the weapons of the game is throwing knives. Just check out the video above and see how kick ass it is. I can’t wait to stalk people and end them from behind with the throwing knives.

With today’s new footage, We have a little more info on the kill streak structure for multi-player. Here is what I gathered from watching the video.
3 Kills get you UAV
4 Kills get you Airdrop
5 Kills get you a Predator Missle

OMG, Check out this new multiplayer footage from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. How sick does this look? They really stepped up their game this time and I can’t wait til November for the full Modern Warfare 2 experience. Keep up the great work infinity ward. I wonder if they will be having the multiplayer beta like they did with COD4.
